Send Emails from Your Own Email Address

FastForward sends numerous emails daily to candidates and contacts, typically from a Connexys email address, such as user-demo@connexys.nl. However, you now have the option to send emails directly from your own email address, bypassing the Connexys email system.

Benefits

  • Personalized Communication: Candidates will receive emails from your own email address instead of a Connexys address.
  • Direct Replies: Email replies will go straight to your inbox, eliminating delays from Connexys email servers.

Activation

This feature can be activated at no cost. Bullhorn Support will make the necessary changes on the server. Here's how you can activate it:

  1. Inform Your Technical Administrator: Send them the technical instructions below to complete the initial setup.
  2. Request Activation: Contact Connexys Customer Support by phone or email (support@connexys.com) to request the "Email from organization" feature.
  3. Connexys Implements the Change: Once your technical administrator completes the setup, Connexys will activate the feature and notify you when it’s ready.

After activation, emails sent from FastForward will use your own email address.

Note: This functionality allows emails to be sent from your email domain but does not route email traffic through clients like Outlook or Lotus Notes.

Technical Instructions

To enable this feature, your DNS server needs to be adjusted using the SPF protocol. Add the following IP ranges to your DNS server:

  • Range 1: 62.50.13.64/28
  • Range 2: 194.158.15.0/25
  • Optional: Public hostname: smtp.connexys.nl

This addition authorizes the Connexys email servers to send emails on behalf of your domain. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by informing Connexys Customer Support.

Future Changes

Connexys will set up your email address once. Any future changes, such as a new email domain, will be considered a change request and may incur additional costs.
